申请流程

Application Process

首先，在浏览器中搜索“北京海外学人中心https://www.bjhwxr.gov.cn/”官网网站，

Firstly, search for the Beijing Overseas Talents Center official website

"https://www.bjhwxr.gov.cn/" in your browser.

选择“星服务”，点击“外国人来华工作许可证”，

Select "Star Service" and click on "Work Permit for Foreigners in China".

找到“申请《外国人工作许可证》延期办事指南”，

Find the "Guide to Applying for Extension of Work Permit for Foreigners".

进入页面后，可以看到事项名称、适用人员、所需材料、材料标准、注意事项和审批时限。请务必认真阅读。

After entering the page, you can see the item name, applicable personnel, required materials, material standards, precautions and approval time limit. Be sure to read it carefully.

然后登录全国人力资源和社会保障政务服务平台http://www.12333.gov.cn/官方网站，

Then log on to the official website of http://www.12333.gov.cn/, the national human resources and social security government service platform.

选择“人才人事”，点击“外国人来华工作许可”，

Select "Personnel",And click "Work Permit for Foreigners in China".

进入外国人来华工作管理系统后，再次选择“外国人来华工作许可”，

After entering Service System for Foreigners Working in China, choose "Foreigner's Work Permit in China" again.

进入登录界面，请选择“法人登录”，按照要求填写用户名和密码，

On the login page, select Corporate Login and enter the user name and password as required.

按提示步骤、要求依次上传所需材料，即可完成办理。

Upload the required materials according to the prompted steps and requirements, and you can complete the process.
