A类(外国高端人才)

高端人才是指符合“高精尖缺”和市场需求导向，中国经济社会发展需要的科学家、科技领军人才、国际企业家、专门特殊人才等。

Category A(Foreign High-End Talents)

High-end foreign talents refer to the high-grade, top-notch, and sought-after foreign talents such as scientists, technology leaders, international entrepreneurs, and specialized talents who are urgently needed for China's economic and social development.

B类(外国专业人才)

专业人才是指符合外国人来华工作指导目录和岗位需求，属于经济社会发展急需的人才，具有学士及以上学位和2 年及以上相关工作经历。

Category B(Foreign Professional Talents)

Foreign professionals should hold a bachelor's degree or higher, and have at least two years of relevant working experience. They should be professionals who are urgently needed according to the requirements of their position and for China’s economic and social development in line with the Guidance Catalogue of Foreigners Working in China

C类(其他外国人员)

从事临时性、短期性(不超过90日)工作的外国人员；符合规定条件的外国留学生和境外高校外籍毕业生等。

Category C(Ohter Foreigners)

Foreigners engaged in some temporary or short-term posts(no longer than 90 days);foreign students and foreign graduates of overseas universities who meet prescribed conditions.

首先，两证联办中的“外国人来华工作许可”的申请，需要在外国人来华管理服务系统(fuwu.most.gov.cn)中根据您申请的业务类型进行线上申报。

The application of work permit should be the first step. According to the business type applied, you need to submit all the materials online required in the Service system for foreigners working in China.

您的申请在“外国人来华工作管理服务系统”预审通过进入受理阶段后，可在线预约交通便利的站点线下提交材料。

If your application has been pre-approved in the system, then you could make an appointment with any site convenient to hand in the materials offline.

大厅内设3个综合窗口、一个两证联办窗口以及一个出入境窗口。

The Center has five counters in total. No. 1-3 are comprehensive counters. One joint application service counter, and one Exit and Entry service counter.

以新办工作证为例，已办理《外国人工作许可通知》的外国专业人才(非积分)申办《外国人工作许可证》，在第一个窗口，需要递交办理工作许可所需的文件：申请人所持签证、预约单和体检证明。填写三项信息，然后您将被引导到北京公安出入境的窗口。

Foreigners who have already received the "Notification Letter" and would like to apply for a work permit for the first time, are encouraged to first go to comprehensive counter to submit the required documents, including a vaild VISA or short term residence permit, appointment sheet, and their original Chinese physical examination record (this is not necessary if he or she has already submitted this while applying for the Notification Letter). After this, the applicant is welcome to provide three basic infomation, after which the applicant will be directed to Exit and Entry service counter.

您需要已在本市居住地派出所或旅店办理有效住宿登记,携带本人有效护照或其他国际旅行证件，同时提交《外国人签证证件申请表》 ,粘贴一张2寸近期白色背景正面免冠彩色照片以及工作单位出具的同意办理签证证件的意见函。申请人需要在一站式服务中心现场采集照片。窗口工作人员对材料进行复核后，交给申请人带有“两证联办”字样的《外国人签证证件受理回执》。

You will need to have carried out a valid accommodation registration at your local police station or hotel,and bring a valid passport or other international travel documents, and submit a Foreigner Visa Application Form with a recent full-faced, bareheaded, colour 2-inch photo with a white background,and a letter of approval for visa application from your employer.Applicants will then be asked to have their photo taken in the One-stop Service Center. The staff will review the materials and issue the applicant with a receipt nothing that you've made a joint certificate application.
